As a reputable lash business, we are committed to providing excellent service to our valued clients. Below are the policies that govern our operations:

1. Appointment Scheduling;
   - Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system, by phone, or in person.
   - We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your desired time slot.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling;
   - We understand that plans may change. However, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If not, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged..
   - Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a fee of the full price.

3. Late Arrivals;
   - We strive to provide each client with exceptional service. Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full treatment.
   - Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment time to avoid inconvenience to other clients.

4. Health and Safety;
   - We prioritize the health and safety of our clients and staff. All equipment and tools are sanitized and sterilized according to industry standards.
   - Clients with any health concerns or medical conditions are encouraged to inform their lash technician before the appointment.

5. Make Up Free;
   - Please come Make up free to your appointment. Removing make up will be at an additional cost of $10 and, more importantly, uses up a lot of your last time.

6. Aftercare Instructions;
   - To maintain the longevity and appearance of lash extensions or other treatments, clients will receive detailed aftercare instructions.
   - Following these instructions is essential for optimal results and to minimize the risk of damage to natural lashes.

7. **Refunds and Corrections**:
   - We strive to ensure client satisfaction with our services. If you are unhappy with your lash treatment, please contact us within a 24 hour timeframe to discuss options for refunds or corrections.

8. Feedback and Reviews;
    - We value client feedback and appreciate reviews on our services. Your input helps us continually improve and enhance the client experience.
