1. **Redemption**: Gift certificates issued by Glow by Jo are redeemable for products or services offered by Glow by Jo up to the value stated on the certificate. They can be redeemed in-store, online, or via phone, as applicable.

 

2. **Validity**: Gift certificates have no expiry date unless otherwise specified. However, we recommend

redeeming them at the earliest convenience to avoid any potential issues or loss.

 

3. **Non-Transferable**: Gift certificates are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment, except where required by law.

 

4. **Lost or Stolen Certificates**: Glow by Jo is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Treat them as you would cash.

 

5. **Damaged Certificates**: Damaged or altered gift certificates may not be accepted and will be considered void.

 

6. **Redemption Limitations**: Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash, used to purchase additional gift certificates, or applied towards previous purchases.

 

7. **Remaining Balance**: If a purchase exceeds the value of the gift certificate, the remaining balance must be paid using an alternative payment method.
